Pappalardo Cavi srl was founded in 2015, on the basis of a family tradition which, over the course of forty years of work, has seen and experienced the renewal of the electrical cable sector, which has become increasingly technological over the years.

The production process in the creation of electrical cables is supervised at each stage: the quality of the individual hanks and reels is ensured not only by the company’s certifications but also by the professional expertise of the production team members, who are selected and trained in the field.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Thanks to the appropriate machinery, guided as always by the skilful hands of our employees, the production process begins in accordance with the regulations in force and certified by the notified authorities:
CORDING of our raw material “copper”. The next step is the COATING of the stranded copper using specific materials with different colours according to the intended use of the cables. The phases of the production process continue with the JOINTING of all the insulated cables divided by type, section and colour. Finally, at the end of the production process, EXTRUSION of the outer sheath of the cables is carried out, the antechamber to the realisation of the finished product, i.e. hanks, spools and reels of various sizes.
The finished product is destined for sale to our distributors all over the world. It is the relationship with customers that differentiates Pappalardo Cavi from its competitors: dialogue and customer satisfaction are the real mission for the company, which is daily oriented towards an immediate and qualitative response to customer requests, constant improvement of product standards and production processes.
